Exdensur (Injektionslösung im Fertigpen/in Fertigspritze zur s.c. Verabreichung). W: Depemokimab. I: Asthma: Add-on-Erhaltungstherapie bei Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen ab 12 Jahren mit schwerem Asthma mit Typ-2-Inflammation: mind. 2 Exazerbationen in den letzten 12 Monaten trotz mittel- bis hochdosiertem ICS und weiterem Asthma-Controller und/oder Bedarf an systemischen Kortikosteroiden sowie Eosinophilenzahl im Blut ≥ 0.15 G/L bei Therapiebeginn oder ≥ 0.3 G/L in den letzten 12 Monaten. Chronische Rhinosinusitis mit Nasenpolypen (CRSwNP): Add-on-Therapie mit intranasalen Kortikosteroiden bei Erwachsenen mit schwerer CRSwNP, die mit systemischen Kortikosteroiden und/oder operativem Eingriff unzureichend kontrolliert ist. D: 100 mg Exdensur s.c. 1× alle 6 Monate. KI: Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber einem Inhaltsstoff. Darf nicht zur Behandlung akuter Asthmasymptome oder -exazerbationen eingesetzt werden. W/V: Nach Verabreichung von Exdensur können systemische Sofort- und Spätreaktionen einschliesslich Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen auftreten. Kein abruptes Absetzen der vorbestehenden Medikation (inkl. Kortikosteroide). Allfälligen Helminthenbefall vor Gabe von Exdensur behandeln. IA: Aufgrund des Metabolismus und Wirkungsmechanismus hat Exdensur ein geringes Potenzial für Arzneimittelinteraktionen. S/S: Auswirkungen von Exdensur auf Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit sind nicht bekannt. Exdensur (Solution injectable en stylo prérempli/seringue préremplie pour administration s.c.). PA: dépémokimab. I: Asthme: Traitement de fond additionnel de l’asthme sévère associé à une inflammation de type 2 chez les adultes et les adolescents de 12 ans et plus: au moins 2 exacerbations au cours des 12 derniers mois malgré ICS à dose moyenne à élevée associés à un autre traitement de fond de l’asthme et/ou nécessitant des corticostéroïdes systémiques, ainsi qu'un taux d'éosinophiles dans le sang ≥ 0,15 G/L au début du traitement ou ≥ 0,3 G/L au cours des 12 derniers mois. Rhinosinusite chronique avec polypes nasaux (RSCaPN): Traitement additionnel aux corticostéroïdes intranasaux chez les adultes atteints de RSCaPN sévère insuffisamment contrôlée par des corticostéroïdes systémiques et/ou une intervention chirurgicale. P: 100 mg d’Exdensur par voie s.c. 1× toutes les 6 mois. CI: Hypersensibilité à l’un des composants. Ne doit pas être utilisé pour le traitement des symptômes aigus de l’asthme ou exacerbations. M/P: Des réactions systémiques de type immédiat et retardé, y compris des réactions d’hypersensibilité, peuvent survenir après l’administration d’Exdensur. Éviter un arrêt abrupt du traitement en cours (y c. les corticostéroïdes). Dans le cas d'une helminthiase préexistante, celle-ci doit être traitée avant l'utilisation d’Exdensur. IA: En raison de son métabolisme et de son mécanisme d’action, Exdensur présente un faible potentiel d'interactions médicamenteuses. G/A: Les effets d’Exdensur sur la grossesse et l’allaitement ne sont pas connus. EI: Fréquents: prurit, réactions systémiques liées à l’administration (non allergiques), réactions locales au site d’injection. Occasionnels: réactions d’hypersensibilité (allergie systémique). Nucala (Solution for SC injection in pre-filled pen/pre-filled syringe). AS: Mepolizumab. I: Severe Eosinophilic Asthma: Add-on treatment in adults and adolescents 12 years and older characterised by the following criteria: At least 2 exacerbations in the preceding 12 months on current standard of care (high dose ICS plus additional maintenance treatment) and/or need for treatment with systemic corticosteroids, and blood eosinophil count of ≥ 0.15 G/L at start of treatment or ≥ 0.3 G/L in the preceding 12 months. Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP): Add-on treatment to intranasal corticosteroids in adult patients 18 years and older with severe CRSwNP which cannot be adequately controlled with intermittent systemic corticosteroids and/or surgery. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): Add-on treatment for adults with COPD with elevated blood eosinophil count, which cannot be adequately controlled with ICS-LABA-LAMA or, if LAMA/LABA is not appropriate, ICS-LABA/ICS-LAMA. Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA): Add-on treatment in adults 18 years and older characterised by the following criteria: Relapsing or therapy-resistant EGPA, prior stabilisation of the condition with systemic corticosteroids, or maintenance treatment with systemic corticosteroids and, if necessary, steroid-sparing immunosuppressants. Hypereosinophilic Syndrome (HES): Add-on treatment in adults and adolescents 12 years and older with HES without FIP1L1-PDGFRα fusion (F/P negative HES). D: Severe Eosinophilic Asthma, CRSwNP, COPD: 100 mg Nucala SC once every 4 weeks. EGPA, HES: 300 mg Nucala SC once every 4 weeks. CI: Hypersensitivity to an ingredient. W/P: Not be used to treat acute asthma and COPD exacerbations. Seek medical advice if asthma or COPD remain uncontrolled or worsen. No abrupt discontinuation of corticosteroids. Local and systemic hypersensitivity reactions (acute and delayed) have occurred following administration of Nucala. Pre-existing helminth infections should be treated prior to the administration of Nucala. Nucala has not been studied in organ threatening or life-threatening EGPA or life-threatening HES. IA: No formal interaction studies have been performed. P/B: Pregnancy: Not to be administered unless clearly necessary. Lactation: Discontinue breastfeeding or to discontinue treatment with Nucala. UE: Very common: Headache. Common: Pharyngitis, lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, nasal congestion, upper abdominal pain, eczema, back pain, pyrexia, injection site reactions. HES Study: very common: Infection. Post-marketing data: common: Arthralgia. Uncommon: Herpes zoster. Rare: Hypersensitivity (incl. anaphylaxis).
