Professor Stephen Lane

Consultant Respiratory Physician & Allergist, Tallaght University Hospital, Peamount Healthcare & Professor of Respiratory Medicine at Trinity College, Dublin.

Prof. Stephen Lane PhD, FRCPI, FRCP (London), FCCP is a Consultant Respiratory Physician at Tallaght University Hospital, Peamount Healthcare, and Professor of Respiratory Medicine at Trinity College Dublin. He is the Chair of the Clinical Advisory Group (CAG) of the National Clinical Programmes (NCP) for Asthma and COPD. Prof. Lane runs a very busy clinical service across the Tallaght and Peamount sites. He is involved in national and international collaborations and runs active clinical trial programmes. His other main interest is severe COPD and he runs an active inpatient and outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation program at both Tallaght and Peamount.
