    The Co-pay Program for NUCALA

    $0 co-pay

    The NUCALA Co-pay Program helps eligible approved patients with their out-of-pocket costs for NUCALA up to $15,000 for 12 months. If approved, patients could pay as little as $0 for NUCALA.

    Patients in government-funded programs (eg, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, or TRICARE) are not eligible for the NUCALA Co-pay Program. Medicare-eligible patients who are enrolled in certain retiree drug benefit plans are also ineligible for the Co-pay Program (Most patients become eligible for Medicare when they reach age 65).

    Patients must submit an Enrollment Form or complete eligibility check online at NUCALACopayProgram.com so their eligibility can be determined.

    The NUCALA Patient Assistance Program

    The NUCALA Patient Assistance program may help your uninsured patients who meet program eligibility criteria to obtain access to NUCALA free of charge.

    Bridge to NUCALA Program

    Bridge to NUCALA offers free product to eligible commercially insured patients when their initial Prior Authorization (PA) process exceeds 14 days.

    NUCALA Access Program

    The NUCALA Access program offers free product to eligible commercially insured patients without coverage for their prescribed formulation of NUCALA.

    • All GSK-authorized specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, and wholesalers are eligible to access NUCALA provided that they service eligible customer classes

    Physician office

    Hospital outpatient department
