Description: MENVEO 1-vial presentation is a solution for intramuscular injection supplied as one vial (pink cap) containing MENVEO.1
Dosage: 0.5 mL1
Age Indication: 10 through 55 years of age
Safety and effectiveness of the 1-vial presentation of MENVEO in children aged younger than 10 years have not been established.

MENVEO CPT Code – Immunization Administration Codes5‡
Tip
If reporting multiple vaccine administrations given to a patient through age 18 on the same date along with counseling by a qualified healthcare professional, report one administration code (90460) for each vaccine administered.6
- *ICD-10-CM code Z23, Encounter for Immunization, is reported for all vaccines given within an encounter; additional ICD-10-CM coding may be needed.2
- †Note that some payers require an 11-digit NDC, which involves adding a "0" immediately after the first hyphen in each GSK NDC.7 For example, when reporting NDC 58160-827-30 to TRICARE, it becomes NDC 58160-0827-30.

Description: MENVEO 2-vial presentation is a solution for intramuscular injection supplied in two vials, the contents of which must be combined prior to administration:
- MenCYW-135 Liquid Conjugate Component (gray cap)
- MenA Lyophilized Conjugate Component (orange cap)
Please note that neither component should be given alone.1
