2-drug regimen in antiretroviral treatment of HIV infection.

Prof. Magnus Gisslén talks about the Swedish antiretroviral guidelines; switch to double treatment with dolutegravir/lamivudine should be considered for patients with well-treated HIV infection, provided there is no history of virological failure, resistance to lamivudine/emtricitabine or integrase inhibitors, or chronic hepatitis.
