Adverse events should be reported to the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Reporting forms and information can be found at: https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/
Adverse events should also be reported to GSK on 0800 221 441, or via the Report an adverse event form.
